    Initial Consultation

    We begin by gathering essential event details—location, date, vision, and logistics—so we can understand your needs and start planning accordingly.

  • On-Site Walkthrough

    Next, we offer a complimentary venue walkthrough to see the space in person, hear your ideas, and recommend lighting options that will bring your vision to life.

    Custom Proposal

    Based on the walkthrough and event details, we’ll create a tailored lighting estimate outlining design elements, placement, and pricing.

  • Booking & Deposit

    Once approved, we’ll send over your invoice. A 50% deposit secures your event date, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to delivery.

    Installation & Tear Down

    On the day of your event, our team arrives at the pre-scheduled time to set up your lighting design. After the celebration, we return for a smooth and efficient teardown—so you can focus on enjoying the moment.
