The Brighter Side Event Lighting Process

We provide wireless chandeliers, various up lighting choices and traditional festoon lighting. Ask us about our transitional lighting which can add movement and transform your special day to an unforgettable evening that you and your guest will be talking about for years to come.
We have a five step process for each lighting event:
  • Step 1

  • Information Collection

    Collect customer info and details of the event (location, date, time).
  • Walk Through

    Set up a complimentary walk through with the client at their events venue and discuss what they envision and we suggest options to achieve that look.
  • Estimate

    Generate a detailed estimate for the client.
  • Invoice

    Upon approval, we convert to an invoice, collect a 50% deposit to book your event date and the remaining balance will be due 14 days before the event.
  • Set Up & Tear Down

    Day of the event we setup at a predetermined time and we tear down after the event is over.
